YOu can't turn sound & vibration off individually for delivery reports only. To avoid vibration, turn it off from Sound & alerts menu. Or turn off your delivery reports from 'Text Message settings' if it is annoying.

Try the above solution but if you wanna change that sound then simply connect ur phone's file system using a2 uploader and browse to tpa/preset/system/sound and then replace the notification.3gp file with the new sound find you want.
but make sure the name and extension should be the same.
