Where is
then ?!?! Or LG Even Samsung ... !!!

Biased info. Apple has 16% while others have 20%. The others part should be divided into more sections.

Remember that it is smart-phone market share and not overall Cell Phone. If it is done that way Apple falls way behind.

^^^ Except in the US where Apple has a bigger market share than Nokia.
Here's another graph from arstechnica showing smartphone OS market share:

would be lumped into Symbian and Android. They don't have their own OS anymore (UIQ3) Posted by Dups!
SE was never going to feature in that chart even if they still had UIQ, they shipped too few smartphones under UIQ and are still nowhere near half Nokia's smartphone shipments today with their overall tiny market share.
Motorola are also off the pace. Samsung are too fragmented for their approach to the smartphone market to work.

LG & Samsung are really quite new to the smartphone market when you think about it.

You guys should add one more os to the list BADA

The most baised part is calling the iphone a smartphone at all. You might as well say that touchwiz is a smartphone os.

Showing your bias there shug eh?
A smartphone definition is hard to pin down but it would be widely accepted that a smartphone is focused towards:
1) Email
2) Browsing
3) Running software applications
... above other features such as camera/music/txting which tend to define a feature phone.
Therefore an iPhone fits the definition perfectly.
iPhone sales are strong in all markets, iPhone app sales are strong, usage statistics show that iPhone users browse more than other smartphone owners, to the extent that mobile networks around the world are under stress and unlimited data plans are being withdrawn. The iPhone since the release of the 3G model has proved to be revolutionary and has forced competitors to go back to the drawing board. This has been a good thing for mobile enthusiasts whether you use an iPhone, Blackberry, Symbian or Android device.

Android is unstoppable if it carries on growing at the rate it currently is.

Not forgetting that Apple ranks the highest in users' smartphone satisfaction and this is something that the other makers need to catch up on as well. It's hard to have repeat customers if they're not satisfied with your products.
