Hi

OK guys since I no longer have an Elm has there been a firmware update since? Has the camera improved in lowlight & has them lines gone? How is signal now?
Posted by xclbr
Hello, can you please try this test in your elm and see what happens? Someone in my country told me about this bug
(Try saving 20 calendar entries randomly and try saving about 20 birhtdates from contacts then add to calendar.. change the time zone. See what happens when you view the calendar and your entries. Try also changing it back to see if it returns to normal.)

@Bonovox
Glad you got another Elm mate. Its one of the rare almost faultless SE phones made in a very long time. No chance i'll be parting with mine. Mine is now back in it's box for safekeeping atm as my x10 mini and mini pro are used for work now. Elm is my backup/play phone.

To be honest I just miss the good old a200. The only thing I wish on the Elm was a slightly more vibrant screen but that's all really.

Street corner taken in poor light conditions with the Elm & the W995. Elm first
Elm shot
w995 shot
Elm shot is darker but has less artifacts, have to redo the shots again though because I think my W995 lens was smudged. Settings all auto (no flash) , +0.0

Thats within ayala am I right norobiik?

well , finally I have my own ELM still problems with wi-fi settings... but here's photos of my dying k750i display. (the main reason for buying another SE . the stain started slowly on the top of the screen and then spreaded and obtained round shape...
Posted by Bonovox
That phone looks battered & brings back memories
Posted by anouk82
R.I.P briedas...welcome home.
Posted by xclbr
its an lcd issue briedas just like when you press on a calculators screen an ink blot sort of thing will appear
Posted by Bonovox
That first pic of the K750i looks like a hole in the phone. Inside my new pc @norobiik the Elm is good in lowligh
Going to do my shot tomorrow for the monthly camera phone shootout comp. t

Macro shot using Plummy's Elm/Hazel modded camdriver
Posted by xclbr
@grovepeppy: how's the modded camdriver? are there still any bugs?
Posted by groovepeppy
I don't know, my phone still hangs when i took a shot in some low lights but went fine in well lit area.
I will try to take more shot tommorow.
By the way have you try using apac cda and went for SEUS?
Posted by xclbr
@groovepeppy. Not yet, I'm still waiting for my internet connection to stabilize. My connection sucks, even the speed. (2mbps and the ISP is very proud about it while our neighboring countries is 8mbps and up I think.) But right now Im restricted to 300kbps because of capping issues. (sorry for being OT)
Now back to topic...
