No the Elm is better much less blur. I sold the Nokia very nice phone but them s40 phones became boring after a while. No multi tasking either.

Bonovox
nice low-lite pic mate, now i'm sure to buy one for my lovely wife.

Posted by Bonovox
Sorry i keep forgetting low light. What type do you want a shot of a street at night or a room?

Posted by tranced
Indoor not well lit, outside at night, etc.

Posted by mrjulius
wow great photos...
the sharpness is good... how about night shots

great shot mr bonovox

Posted by Bonovox

Not perfect but they were a little rushed though i did put them on top of something steady a bollard. I think they come out better without night landscape on. Will do some tomorrow with a candle

its so nice also in night shots

Posted by Bonovox
Very nice camera I think. Just wish flash was better

Posted by Raiderski
I see weird defect in low-light, something like horizontal lines from nowhere, strange.

Posted by Bonovox
Well no cam phone is perfect in low light

Posted by mrjulius
hahaha flash light again

Posted by HxH
Great effort Bono thanks for that

acceptable low-light indeed but again noise control problem against aperture size

last pic even resize but noise still clearly visible

horizon line same for my satio's R2AK006 while made of continuous shot, it has not a line but tube across that pic ruined my perfect pretty girl shot it only best steady one in set

Posted by Bonovox
I am not bothered I mostly take day time shots anyway. Even with proper digital cameras night time shots can be poor. Some of my shots can be seen in full size photos section under J10i My fave shots i took in Stratford today were the fountain the way i caught the water & the reflection of Shakespere in the window with people reflected too I took that completely random without thinking.

Nah, with steady hands for night pics it'll blow the competition away. The colours look superbly accurate, not yellowish in low light like the current SE flagships

Really nice vibrant shots from this phone. Great stuff!

Posted by plankgatan
really nice sharp image quality...........the only thing i noticed is somewhat a bit yellowish tint on outdoor pictures.

nice design, nice camera, nice phone........still prefer c905/c902/K800 colour-rendition

edit..MODE are you colour-blind .........outdoor have definitely more yellowish tint the usual.

I'm not sure Plank, outdoor pictures must be somehow yellowish because of full sunlight but this effect is boosted by eye candy settings - a lot of additional saturation and tight contrast. Final result is quite catchy.

Posted by newtrex
Here are more experimental pictures (night, evening and driving)

I have taken all day picture while driving

Posted by Bonovox
Hello folks. Today I will take a few sunlight photos as we have sunlight again. Now I have realised on some photos I accidentally left it on cloudy setting which will explain yellowish tint The weather yesterday kept changing from sunny to cloudy so I kept forgetting to change the setting Newtrex good night pics

Posted by Raiderski
Ahh, that's explain everything Bono! Now I know from where these colors are

Posted by Bonovox
Yeah some were on cloudy setting some not. I kept forgetting I kind of realised this morning. Am doing some now out and about in sunlight on auto and daylight settings.

Will post the sunny ones taken with proper settings around 3pm today. Still out right now. I have just taken one of a pub near me in sunlight on auto and what I could see with my naked eye was exactly the same as I could see through the viewfinder colour wise. Lets hope the camera picks up exactly what I could see to prove this camera that its accurate. Cos imo it is.

Posted by idumbakumar
excellent daylight shots bono... i like the tea cup shot.....

Thanks. That was in a Italian cafe opposite William Shakespere' former home. Lovely spot though it was before my lunch arrived and I wish I had taken a photo of the waitress she was so sexy

These are more sunshine shots today (not going to post too many everyday)all taken on auto settings.Bournville Green near Cadbury chocolate factory

I will add though Plank that in Stratford some of the buildings bricks were that colour

We also just made our traditional Irish stew today Macro taken with the Elm of course

Oh. I don't think it's anything like C702 at all I'm sure you're refering to the last posted photos which were taken at the sun as opposed to against the sun from the looks of it which is why it seems 'dark'. There are plenty of 'brighter' examples from earlier posts all the way to the first one so don't be judging too soon

Posted by Bonovox
Dark? Are you having a laugh? Have you not seen my pics on the previous pages in daylight? Are you blind? @geza079 look at my pics on other pages back you will see it also depends who is behind the camera & I am not bragging but I believe alot of my shots are great cos I know what i am doing. Newtrex is there something wrong with your phone? There seems to be some strange haze at the top of alot of shots? Plank I will take a photo of coke can later? Do you want the photo in auto or daylight mode?
