I'm glad you find it funny .

Posted by Bonovox
I don't find it funny I am just shocked at what you said that's all. Here are some more I just took which I am really chuffed with. This cat is always on our shed roof & is always looking for attention. I can't believe I got these shots really pleased. Plank the can is for you but unfortunately the sun was hazy & the rest of the week they said it will be overcast so oh well. These are also posted in full size in J10i2 section
Edit:Plank I read what you said wrong & I got a can of coke & I am not putting it on some neighbours car if they see me they might chase me away

Very nice pictures bono!

Posted by Bonovox
Thanks I just seen yours in c901 thread love them

Posted by ceaser2008
Nice shots of cats. Plank wants to see how your elm produces red. I am always undecided about some colours as you know already.

Posted by Bonovox
Well I know some previous phones produced wrong reds but this one to me was what I could see with my eye so i say it's accurate. Unless I am colour blind & I don't know it Pity I never had these cat shots when we had Pets shootout

Posted by ceaser2008
Bono, to me also that coke can red colour seems okay and near natural red.

Posted by Bonovox
It is I am still looking at it now in front of my pc(it's empty I drank it)& the colour is the same. I mean what is red? Red has many different shades too. That coke can is a slightly funny shade of red to me less darker than blood colour I thought it would stand out better the red on a more dull background. Why put it on a red car that red car may be another shade of red

Bono could you upload one of the bad lowlight pics full size?
This way is easier than esato: http://www.imagehost.org/ Just browse and click upload

Posted by Bonovox
Done What are ya going to do with it? I will be back in an hour or so

Posted by Bonovox
I tried another candle shot & turned down the exposure & it came out better

Posted by hihihans
Fantastic. Shame you can see your pc in the back.

Posted by Bonovox
I know I need to find a blank background

Posted by gedas5
@ Bonovox

i'm glad that turned down exposure worked quite well

off-topic...if you check pictures posted from c901 thread you'll see something special for you

Those are such good shotss of the cat Bono,
that phone is simply brill

Posted by mode
SE needs to place the cam module on any housing, up the res to at least 8mp (for commercial purposes no doubt), provide Xenon and slap a Cybershot branding. It will sell like hot cake and SE could really use this plan right now

Posted by croatia
Great pictures, i'm impressed!!!!

Posted by Luci'sPower
this phone is a success it haves a great camera with good video recording all connectivity on him including flash for browsing and it's under 200$ no contract including

Posted by Bonovox
Yes Mode they seem to have improved the camera's lately lets hope they keep that up in future models. Mode I remember what you said about turning down exposure when I had the w995 to reduce noise & it worked on the candle shot although I may also experiment with different settings too.

Was looking on all the pictures here and the only thing I can say is WOW this are the best pictures I have ever seen from any phone camera... 2 or 12.1MP.
beautiful pictures Bono!

Posted by Bonovox
All I need now is my summer holiday & some scenic photos with some sunsets. Can't wait

Thanks people for your comments. I enjoy my photography and this is the best camera I have had on a mobile so far except the rubbish flash but even the x10 has a rubbish flash. Only 2 things I wished for was bigger higher res screen and proper flash. Would have been perfect. I hope some more of you get one to share your photos too.

First 2 are close up's of my LED torch

what an interesting phone

i think se improving their cameras

Posted by Bonovox
Who'd have thought the little Elm phone would be a great camera? I was expecting another camera with purple fringing & blur

Posted by mrjulius

hehehe i like being focus and blured the background.. and lets see it

Posted by Bonovox
Did you not see any of my previous macro shots? Look through the whole thread there are a few

Posted by mrjulius

Posted by mrjulius

impressive blur ... looks like c901

Posted by Bonovox
What you mean impressive blur in background or foreground? Confuse me lol

Posted by code28h4p
mrjulius
Don't say like that or Mr. Plankton will get mad here...

bonovox
Look at macro pictures, the object seems got sharp focus besides its background seems blurry.

Posted by Bonovox
Indeed

I put this pics back on for Gedas as it inspired him though his was better Wish I could get rid of that line thing on some lowlight shots

Posted by Bonovox

Posted by hihihans

I can read the lines.

Posted by Bonovox

Fantastic quality, best 5mpx daylight shooter so far

Posted by ceaser2008
Very good pics with good sharpness.

Posted by zide
@ Anouk82: Which one do you think is better (camera wisely)? Elm or C902?

Posted by avid
Here are a few pictures I took with my new Elm. Everything was on auto, apart from the white balance on the paints. The first is auto, second is cloudy and third is daylight. They were all taken in a bedroom using light from the window.

I've also noticed the horizontal lines in low-light pictures, is this possibly something that can be fixed in firmware or is it just the hardware? I'm missing the ISO and fine/normal quality options from my k850

Well if you must compare Elm's first firmware with c902 first firmware(camera wise always)ELM is ages ahead in terms of...well everything, either its sharpness, colours or noise algorythm. So yes ELM is better, don't be fooled though!Like every other phone by SE,ELM is not perfect,it needs a modded camdriver!ELM is a new phone, snd gives amazing results out of the box without modded camdriver.Give it time. It's already on top of the throne alongside C901 as the best 5 megapixel shooters by SE.

Yes this is a major problem. As it is, do this tip(it is not a solution remember!)play with ev,change to -0.3 leave it for a few sec.if they still appear change to -0.7 and leave it for a few sec.do this and find the value that suits the most.

Posted by Bonovox
Thats what i did with my second time around candle shot. I turned down exposure and it really helps

Posted by masada1971
lets see what Hazel can do..its on its way here in Greece..i will be the first to take it since i pre-ordered it several days ago..wait for some sample photos from me in the near days by the way, annouk how's the Elm doing in low light-darkness situation?is led any good or is it useless like Vivaz?you see,i own a Vivaz and i can tell that low light shots are totally zero or even below zero(!)because led light stays always on and when you shoot a pic stopw and then starts again..totally useless...
