to be honest the best advice i can give you is to call Tech support for either your mobile provider or Sony Tech Support, they can generally help you fix any problems you have quickly.

Search didn't help me, I tried that. My provider is staffed by friendly but ill-informed people. No one knows....

I'm gonna get hold of a shiny new Palm Tungsten T soon and try that with my T68i.
Could wait another 2 weeks and get a Tungsten W but I really wanna keep my T68i

Good luck, if your provider is anything like the ones here you will have puled all your hair out after trying to get this to work.

Yeah I want the P800 and was planning on getting one within the next month but they are beginning a huge push for 850band, they aren't very helpful with techinical issues either, especially if you didn't buy the phone from them. That combination is making me wonder if I will be able to use all the P800 functions and cool stuff.
It took me over a month to get all the stuff for my T68i to work, and I still can't surf with my Clie yet.

I've got t300 & t615 too and gprs works fine here in france with sfr provider. If i can help u with clie setting, just ask me ;-)
