No, but you can copy installed games/applications with A2uploader.
Or you must have installation file (*.jar) in phone.

You can open hidden folder AMS (on Memory Stick), but cann't send games/appplications, because they are protected!

Then just move *.jad & *.jar to Other and can install again or send to other phone
