Help needed to connect Satio wifi

Having trouble accessing wifi through my new SE Satio. We have a Orange Livebox which is says is connected to and has 100% signal etc. but when trying to access the internet from the phone it will not display any content and says ' The page you are trying to access is only avaiable via your Orange phone, when connected via the Orange GPRS network'. We have tried changing setting to GPRS but cannot find it. Tried a download for latest software from SE with no joy. Tried orange help and there no help either. any suggestions greatly revieved.
