Do they make these? I know its kinda weird to ask but think about it...if you had one in your vehicle you could text without taking your eyes off the road...well I think most could...I can easily type a whole text message with one hand without looking...I know I shouldnt be textin and drivin but sometimes I just cant help myself sadly...lol

A bit pointless though, what difference is it if you use your keypad on the phone? The only way I see it as being useful is if your keypad broke and you needed to access the service tests mode or something.

Makes me think of the latest PC graphics tablets (from Wacom, if I remember correctly) that are wireless tablets. But they are powered by a USB link.

But if you have only a touchscreen then you have to constantly look at the phone while youre typing...with a hardware keypad you can type a whole message without looking then just look at it right before you send it...much more convenient and less time consuming...
