Orange upgrade! - Esato archive

I'm due an upgrade end of feb ( just rang up) and at the moment I pay Ł15 a month ( due to loyalty discount). However that loyalty discount expires in april and I'm just wondering because due to free bundles and my discounted contract, I've hardly gone over Ł20 each month, and so will I have built up much loyalty points?
As ideally I'd like to stay on the same contract with the same bundles and loyalty discount, but get a new ( preferably good so i can sell on ) phone!
What're the chance of this?
