Hi, a friend of mine just bought a Samsunt S5230 Star locked to Orange (Dominican Republic) and gave me an address which promises to email him an unlock code in about 6 hours.

The address is: http://www.thephoneunlockers.[....]230%20Star-Unlocking-9524.html it costs about US$27...

I would like to know if any user has experience with this website and if there are other options to do the unlocking...
