o2 UK - sending MMS !!

Hi, i cannot send mms i get teh following error service denied ! i got my phone from o2 uk online, gprs works and all the settings appear to be correct but it will not work and o2 member sevices are no help they just cut me off !!

please help !!

Go to the Sony Ericsson website and use the configurator to set yourself up for MMS again (just to make sure).
