UV Hair Gel - Esato archive

I was looking around the shops in our town yesterday and couldn't find any UV hair gel. But on the internet I can find a few stockists, this particular brand shows up a couple of times:

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience of UV gel and if it was unsafe to use in any way? I just get a little suspicious when a town our size has no stockists and the internet does not show any "major" retailers stocking them.

My hair is already dyed black if that makes any difference!
