The HTC dragon is scheduled to be announced at MWC, LG are planning to launch theirs in the 2nd quarter and the same with samsung. android 2.0 will come, if it doesnt come from SE the public release of 2.1 should see other manufacuters upgrading. 1.0 was also a w/google release. 1.5 we saw some more handsets and 1.6 as well, so maybe the x.0 releases are for w/goog phones and the x.y releases are for everyone else ... ? i could be off, but what im trynna say is that 1.6 is good. and the phone is ready for 2.0 so no worries just patience.
2.0 is out which means that the day you get the device you can custom boot a new OS. im gonna give time/mediascape a try cuz the vanilla media player is some bunkery, i dont know about the camera though i would think that i would keep the OS around for the lens.
is it 720x480 (D1) for video?

nah seriously.here is never going to be a perfect phone.Every manufacturer has a list by which it runs. There shall be phones for specific purposes. If a phone has everything why would someone else buy any other phone from the same manufacturer?

Boing has some valid points. It will be a miracle if we see x10 in february. I dont know what is going wrong with them. Look at x2, almost the same phone as x1 but no release yet. Lets hope this time they will keep the promise.

Again, some more good news. First it was when compass was confirmed, now the fabulous screen. Thing really are looking up, as long the release date isn't prolonged from expected mid February and there are no major glitches

-epitome of special effects and big explosions some nice ideas on script an excellent winter blockbuster to close the year with
-a 2012 mobile with sonyericsson walkman logo appeared on the movie with a touchscreen but i didn't manage to see any further details

FM radio will be optional. I believe that in many markets we are going to see X10 without a radio.
BTW, I'm going to buy a white one as well. My t28 and t68 has light colours but they are not near that white. This is going to be great.

From what i understand the european version wil be compatible with Tmobile usa so you can always import if you need at&t 3g then nyes you will have to wait for the american version. Also tmonews.com ran an article saying that thgis would be coming to tmobile Usa when it releases.

i'm on att bro. tmobile has terrible signal where i am.. and their 3g speeds blow from what i've heard.
i wish att would offer the x10... but it usually takes them 1 yr after release to do so. i'm not waiting that long... they just started offering the c905!

As I said yesterday, this italian blog has talked about a 800x480 video recording. They have posted today a new hands on video in english. But they don't have the latest ROM available (the one used on this site mobil.idnes.cz )

Sigh.
I'm 99% sure that there WILL be an Android 2.0 update for the X10 as soon as Google releases the source for manufacturers who use custom Android solutions. These conspiracy theories don't hold much water unless another manufacturer comes up with a 2.0 set that isn't a Google experience device.
Why is this so hard to understand?
Incidentally, there's something you should know. There are G1 users that are running Android 2.0 currently, although no official ROM was ever released. There are also G1s that are running motoBLUR.
