Debranded at&t C905 yields video streaming problems

Hi, I just returned from the UK where I had my C905a debranded (they couldn't unlock it- software was old) and my W580i unlocked and debranded. I'm very happy with the unshackled versions of both phones. My C905 no longer crashes on a daily basis, the wifi option is revealed along with the complete GPS/geotag 'see picture on map' functionality (no chess game though). I love it. Good riddance to all the at&t crap. Except, I do miss the 'cellular video' they had on there- this is streaming video of popular, recently-recorded shows and news etc. I liked it. The Disney channel occupied my daughter without fail, and the shows were all up to date. I'm wondering if the removal of this at&t video 'app' is hindering my attempts at watching ANYTHING youtube (and prolly any other streaming stuff- not just video, cos I just get the endless 0% buffering issue (which I found posted on here by UK users, but without any resolution/fix.) I'm wondering how I'm supposed to watch youtube video now. Wifi and network cxns have the same problem. Using Opera mini yields 'you need flash' msg, and generic browser hangs at the media buffering screen as noted above. I've downloaded my net settings from SE multiple times, and verified that I have the latest software, but no streaming video. I'm not entirely sure if streaming stuff worked before debranding. But I can download and play .mp4 video files. Does anyone have any tips on i) how to get at&t's cellular video back? Or, ii) how to watch any streaming video on my phone? Also, I notice that I no longer see the blue 'H' icon at the top of the screen. I think this represented that some hi-speed data cxn was being used. Do I not have all the net settings installed perhaps? The SE net setting download page is a dead link, so I'm not sure if I've correctly set the phone up for full browsing capability. Any other US users getting this issue? Any fix or suggestions? Many thanks in advance for ANY input. Tom
