T-Mobile UK, Nokia 5800 and Video Calling

Hi Folks!
I have a Nokia 5800 XM on T-Mobile UK, I am in Colchester and I can see full network at this time, and the 3.5G icon on top as well. Whenever I try to make a video call however, my phone says "Connection Error" (almost instantly after dialing). I've had the T-Mobile internet settings delivered to my phone and have them set as default. Am I missing something here?
