I used the GPRS connection in my mobile to use browsing..
But now my mobile operator raised the rate of Mobile internet rate..
I am having internet in my home in my computer...
So Now i am trying to connect my phone to access the pc internet
But i was not able to connect and i don't now what was the option to connect

I think its not possible, the only way i know to use the internet you have at home is via WI FI, and that model doesnt have it... Normally it would be possible in the oposite direction i.e.: Using your phones' internet via your computer...
Hope another member give you better news, though...
EDIT: I found a post by strizlow800 referring to something that could be useful, however it should only apply to A1/[A2?] SE Phones...

We normally connect PC and Mobile for file transfer and data synchronization. One step ahead, we use GPRS on mobile to connect INTERNET on PC side. means, two devices can connect to each other and share Internet.
You need an ISP and software to drive the usb to serial cable and your surf in'.
sony phone connect to the usb data cable , and data cable to INTERNET on pc .and share the multimedia services

yah, it's possible to connect your phone to pc for internet connection, all you need is the usb data cable (PC suite for Nokia).
In fact in our country were using it for free

I am using Nokia 2700 classic, i am connecting to PC through USB cable to access the internet. I installed PC Suite, connectivtiy cable driver ,PC connectivtiy solutions.In PC Device manger the modem shows as nokia 2700 USB modem is installed .But to access the internet the modem is not installed.
What is the problem?
