It means updating through the phones Device Manager over 3G/HSDPA without needing to use a PC. Nokia have been doing this since the old N80, but are now using it a lot more in the FP2 and S60v5 phones.

I got it!
I don't why it didn't work with Nokia Software Updater using PC connection, it has to be done over the air (FOTA).
So about 10 minutes ago I run the Update Software on my phone, it's downloaded the software and updated.
And voila! The phone is updated.
It now has Face Detection. I standby screen there is additional menu for Ovi Chat (you have to activate the service first to use this).
I can't report other changes yet because my battery is running out, maybe it caused by the software updating.

I alrdy update through FOTA
new version is V20.115
Changes I found now is:
- Face detection added which can detect 10 faces. But not perform fast and well I think
- Focus point now are shown
- More clear & sharp picture
- Flash on picture are no more showing greenish WB but there still a little warm colour due to the led colour is actually warm colour.
- Phone speed performance got improve a bit but not obvious
Other improvement still not yet find out.

also the internal memory is up to 70mb!!
