Not sure, i haven't tried dot and ip 3k yet on that app when i still have my n3500c, ip 3k and dot 3k isn't resumable unlike @3k you can resume your interrupted download.

I also use layyit, but when downloading files of 40mb+, the speed goes up and down, top speed 27kbps and minimum 9kbps

omw,i had my first experience with 3g today and it was fast with the smokeflower proxy on mtn. i was able to download abt 150mb in 60mins at about 50kb/s

no, you have to make a new access point with proxy add: smokeflower.com and port:80 then in your default browser make a bookmark using freesite/images/index.php .it works on mtn and cellc.let me know if it works

Hey Skippie, are you Vodacom?
Because according to my knowledge this trick does not work on vodacom. I just tried it again. I made the access point with the smokeflower.com proxy at port 80. Then I made a bookmark live.vodafone.com/images/index.php . The browser loads for about 2 mins and the says: "communication error".

How large? I'm talking 150Mb+ (that is how much I can download at the moment, like 150Mb max). If CGI just had resume support...

Uhm almost forgot again. I want to download opera mini handler but either their java or symbian.My phone only support jad format. I have a samsung sgh-m620. Where can i download a jad modified handler and not 2.6 that aint handler because 2.6 do not work by me. Please inform about a jad mini handler. I use the net free on my mobile but it can not access the big site and also can not download formats like zip etc...

Ok guyz! When I dnload it 1st say unsupported application dnload anyway then I say yes, after that when it must dnload it says invalid application and when I dnload mp3 it doesnt write the name of the mp3 it writes dahr as a name of mp3

Okay that was what i thought as well that it will only downlod with operamini. I asked for the download link to operamini and no one replied. What is the link to the modified handler in jad form not jarva.
Annig i tried your settings on mtn just now and page just keep loading for 10 minutes wihout me seeing any progress so i stopped it. At the top it just say IM.MTN.CO.ZA but nothing loads.
using a different proxy and on cellc i entered im.mtn.co.za and it gave me the nok nok chat site.
looks like iam sticking to cellc.

Im using a Sony Ericsson C902, connecting my phone via Bluetooth using the Vlive settings of Vodacom.
so far I could connect to the net without any changes to my phone, or my browsers(Opera. Mozilla and I.Explorer)

I am battling to access https sites like checking my Gmail.
Any one knows how to connect to https sites using the cgi tricks.
