Check the shadow connect box and put http://live.vodafone.com in the space below it. And put live.vodafone.com@server.operamini.com:80 in opera mini server in network settings and uncheck the 'Reset of a server at an error' box.

when doing fbt you must atleast have some airtime they will think maybe they made a mistake by not charging you 
but when its R0.00 then its obviouse
