Insert Correct SIM Card.

Hi everyone:

I hope you remember me. Several days ago I sent my SE K850i to Repair Center because I had a problem. They said they couldn't be able to solve the problem, but I see it was solved. Since they had to reset the phone I am not able to put a SIM card because it says "Insert correct SIM card". I have just inserted T-Mobile USA SIM cards and they don't work. I'm not be able to insert other SIM cards from others providers, but I think I will say the samething. I call Sony and they said that the Network is locked and I should need a NSK code or something to unlock the SIM card. I have tried to flash the phone but I can't.

I really need your help.
