V3 dead need to back up - Esato archive

hey all

my girlfriend has a v3 moto (razr) when its plugged into a USB - AC adapter (we dont have a charger) it will light up but only the keys, we have left it liek this over night but can not power on the phone, she has important photos that need backing up on it but we cant access over USB alone we have tried software wont detect the phone nor will it light up, i have done a little bit of research but not found much saying to use MultiFlashFlex.exe but cant find the V3 files or the exe to go with it, we only have a USB data cable not a serial, force flash cable, or service cable.
