Hey guys I just got a new desktop pc a Dell one & even though I am connected to the internet the Windows Media Player will not find album info automatically. It did the first day then after updating the player software its now not working. Any suggestions please? I hate the thought of having to input artist & track listing manually
It keeps saying I need to be connected to the internet yet the internet is on

It is crap even when it recognises your internet connection. I rip my music through iTunes then add to WMP.

OK now I have sorted it. All it was that I found was in option inside Windows Media Player there was a box saying connect to the internet which was not ticked. Thanks
