Sy..do the following...it worked for me.
Here’s how to increase the volume in the i8910 samsung for both videos and Music: Press telephone and type *#0002*28346#. A menu will appear. Now to up the Music playback volume via the headset.
In the menu select:
* 2. Play Sound
* now: 2. Mp3 HeadPHN
* Now change HS Gain to = 6db. Type 6 and #. Done.
To up the Video audio playback via the speakers.
In the menu select:
* 2. Play Sound
* Now press: 3. Mp4 LoudSPK
* Now change (4) PreDR Gain to = 6db. Type 6 and #. And your done.
To make sure your settings are saved go back to main audio tune screen and select “back-up”
