1.Put the three elf [skip bcfg.elf if u already have it] in PHONE/other/zbin
2.Put the entire SAMM folder in CARD/other/zbin/config
3.Run SAMM elf, and configure BCFG, set skins path to card/other/zbin/config; select other settings
4.Use SAMM elf by pressing joystick in standby
5.Change skins on the go by selecting options from more menu
6.All parameters in all skins can be changed completely to suit ones needs
7.To install new skins, copy entire skin folder to CONFIG/SAMM/

The lib on svn is never complete enough to run latest elves. StandbyMode v2.16 for eg.

the latest lib has problems running latest elf versions, and we have to manually add the functions to our libs...
but for SAMM, the recent libs and dyn_const will suffice, say...

Its basically for all phones which are patchable i guess, and yes it works on k800.
If u know how to patch your phone, then elfs are simple. Just google for elfpack tutorials.

Well Its been a really long time that i used the ELFs, while I gave up with it. I always faced the Reboots of my mobile, so i just gave up.
But Now, This post has given me another HOPE !!

Lib in my download is up to date. Dyn however is not and won't run the newly released Transfer elf. All others should be ok. Shall update it when have time.
Firoz, you should not be getting frequent restarts with my pack if everything is in the right place.

my problem is that i couldn't find adv_softkey and softkey hook patch on that link given on first post so a i installed these two patches from Boysie99 pack and now i have just 2 option in bottom of screen.
and when i press the joystick in standby it first shortly shows my old menu and then shows the new one, is that all right?

The DYN and LIB are LATEST.
It says that the SAMM is running but it doesn't show up.
And in your pack, there is only one SAMM elf. that is SAMM.2.7a_.elf.

A word of advice for SAMM users... It uses an awful lot of heap!!!
Firoz...What about the 'Add no elves at startup', is it working now??
SkinEdit elf can only be run by selecting a *.skn file or in the SAMM menu.

well, samm_d has some issues with some people, so i recommend samm_a, as included in my pack...
as for daemons admin, u put daemon elf in usb/other/zbin
then open bookmanager, and in bookmanager shortcuts, select daemons.elf
then run daemon elf as bookmanager shortcut
there you go, thats all
its very usefull to have daemons admin running and doing all the work for you!!
as for skineditor elf, its not meant to be run....
it is internal elf for SAMM elf
to edit skin, run SAMM, and in menu, select more, config, skins....
ADVICE>>> backup skin.skn b4 u play around with skins...
and if you want to open skin.skn directly, without running SAMM, then use filreg and register the skn extension

The library and dyn_const are in usb/other/zbin/config. If you have downloaded my Elfpack Starter pack recently then these files are UP-TO-DATE!!!! and always will be.
