Flash on the Samsung M8800 Pixon

My friend has asked me about this phone as he is thinking of getting one this week but he wants to know what the flash is like on it, I understand from looking around that it takes good daytime pictures similair to the Innov8 but what is it like in low light conditions or in the dark does anyone know?

I know it has a Dual LED Flash, But is that better than let's say the flash on the C902 or N95 or something like that?

Any info is very welcome, Thanks.
