Problem! Nokia MMC 1gb card doesn't work.

I have a nokia 6630 mobile. It's old. I've got a 128 megabyte mmc card with it. It works fine. But i also bought a 1 gigabyte mmc card. At first it worked well. But now whenever i try to install a .sis or .jar file it doesn't install in the memory card(mmc). If install i can only see it in the application manager. I can neither use it nor see it in the menu. Plz help me.
