Flash themes query - Esato archive

I have just installed my first flash theme onto my c905 which works fine.(the swf desktop + theme files match) my query is does the swf desktop file need 2b the same as the theme as i have tried using different swfs with different themes but they aren't showing up on my phone even tho i have put the swf file in the right place.
Any help/advice would be most grateful.

There has to be a link ( .xml to the .swf ) inside the theme .thm
