The IP address and DNS is not required because they give you an IP automatically.

i dont think they require a dns addres...
dont the network have a helpline number????
or you can goto se site and search for network settings there...
they will send you settings for free, if your network is supported..
got mine from india from the site...
you enter your mobile number, they send verification code, then sedn settings...

try to switch off ur cp make sure ur time and date are correct set

You need to have GPRS/WAP activated on the Nokia 6020 by your network operator. Contact your network operator and request for GPRS to be activated. Also, enquire about the necessary GPRS settings
You can also go to http://europe.nokia.com/A4144889 and use settings guide for your phone to get the necessary GPRS settings
