It's battery powered. Should come with the usual sony ericsson charger and some even had a wired or bluetooth handfree with them for taking private calls. How is this one aby ? My Sony bluetooth headunit has an awful mic so i'm starting to look at alternatives.

i've only tried it with
phones but it should work with all bluetooth phones,
