Trust me, this is true info. I can't tell you how i got it but it is true!
It will be t68 size with verry cool design. Much like the fake t69 pic but much nicer.
Verry nice and big 65k display ~50% larger than the t68 display.

Polyphonic ringtones (of course)

BT/IR (the IR in the top of the phone, you can bearly see it)
Built in cam with a protectiv rubber strap that you can remove compleatly.
the YES/NO buttons is replased with funktion keys were the relative funtion is displayed on the display like nokia phones.
The ON/OFF key on the top, like nokia phones :/
Verry nice and responsive keys.
2 side keys, one for instant acces to the cam, and one for instant acces the mobile internet.
The phone is verry fast end responsive.
Similar menus as the T68 but nicer icons and cool 3d fealing everyware.
You can edit the themes in the phone directly.

The design is verry cool. It's silver-metallic around the keys, and verry cool black-metallic around the display. When the screensaver is on, it feals like the display has exaktly the same collor ass the sorounding are. It has a joystick simmilar to the T300 but much better, it's a bit higher and has better qualaty. and gues what, the leds are built in the joystick i a verry cool way!!!

It could might as well be true..
Of course there are prototypes around, I have three connections who get's new phones from ericsson all the time.. not very good connections though, so it's not like I can go to them and play around with the phones =/
One thing for sure is not true.. and that is that the phone should be released bfore summer.. deadlines and ericsson does not match =P heh

Lol! Not totally denying any claims, but the t68 succesor? should'nt that be sumthing which looks like the t68, atleast in the same price,size&features range. tats the meaning of a cuccessorf. what u must have seen must have been a prototype or sdk version of another new model (probably competition for the nokia 7250 by how u described it).

Well I dunno this sounds a bit too good to be true. While I believe SE has the ability to make a phone like that and I believe that he may have seen this phone(prototype) I am not sure if I believe SE will release such a kick ass cool featured phone. I mean if it's true, just imagine for a second it is guys, this phone would surely win over the hearts and minds of alot of Nokias users. I would think this phone would be a major grand slam for SE and even more popular than the T68was/is. We will wait and see, I really hope your aren't bull shitting dude.

Nope. Not that old prototype, the phone I saw has a standard keydesign.
I can't understand why all you people are so doubtfull. Maby because all of the bullshit in the forum, I can understand that, but is't so imposible? don't you remember what a knockout the T68 becomed that cebit day? Who belived that before that day? Everyone here knows that SE really is a major technology leader in the industry. If SE don't release such kind of state of the art phones they will not survive.

CEBIT 2003 is only 1.5 months away. Can't we all wait until then to see what SE announces? Otherwise any kind of discussion here is pointless. I think that sometimes we like to hear what we want to hear. Everybody is desperate for a new SE phone so we believe what we have been told. Ok some guys might have seen a prototype...it could be true or it could be not. Without any proof, it is simply a rumour. Anyway this thread is posted on the rumour section, so you can't expect anything more.
Just all of you wait until the Cebit. You guys have created a million of posts about "T68 succesor", "T69 phone", "The new P900" and shit like that. All of these comes from the mind and nothing else...no solid proof.

Hi, I believe your information.
As what I know is exactly what you are mentioning.
It has two soft keys, black in colour,
and "Call" and "End" keys, black in colour,
these four keys are next to a joystick.
The design of joystick is very similar with T300.
The keypad is like T200's, sliver in colour.
The whole phone is Black and Sliver in colour.
Right?

Sony Ericsson will launch the new phones about a week ahead of CeBIT and they will have two lineups, the traditional looking phones and clam shell ones.
The MMI is being radically changed, using soft keys and easier to create shortcuts that can perform any functions you so desire. With so many people preferring the Nokia UI (even if it has become rather complicated with so many menus and sub-menus), Sony Ericsson appear to have decided to go down that route but improve upon it in the process.
The P800 camera button makes taking a picture easy, so expect to see similar things on other 'normal' phones too. I was told, for example, that they aim to make it possible to take a picture and send it as an MMS with only three keypresses!
I've not seen any of these new products, so can't comment on how the UI will look but if it is a better version of the Nokia UI, then it could be a real winner.
Finally, while it's obvious, the screen is going to be improved although I don't know if it will be a 4096 colour or 65535 colour screen. Forget T69 though as they're going to totally revamp the numbering scheme so you don't have people thinking the T100 is a higher spec than the T69..

a softkey is very very close to "Call" or "End" key,
and their shape is match with the joystick.
The shape of keys is very like T316's (rumour posted before).

is this phone a Quad Band phone,

I would say it is really scary how most people reacted to the post of Borat. I simply do not understand - is it envy or what? Yeah, it is easier to comment the subject now as we've all seen T610, but I never expected to see such brutal expressions of disbelieve.
