can K500 receive more than 15 messages?

My k500i recieved only a maximum of 15 messages, is there any way to solve this problem withot reformatting the unit. Tnx in advance

of course it can... any problem recieving messages? maybe your firmwares not updated... why dont you flash it?... i think its your firmware that cant receive more than 15 messages... i think...
