How to use my home DSL on cellphone via BT?

Assuming your phone has BT PAN profile...

On your PC create a BT Personal Area Network and connect the phone.
Use Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) to bridge the two networks. Don't forget to enable sharing in the settings - you'll need admin privileges of course.
