U know or not....!
Flash themes till now cannot be created or uploaded directly to k850's "theme" folder. Hence there are few ways to apply flash themes+Menu into k850 phone memory. That demands a bit extra effort.
U've to download few things from net (k850 flash driver, A2 uploader etc).
If u really are interested to do that, let me know. I'll write down here the whole procedure....... if u dont want to wait for my reply, then u can also search Esato database to find that stuff.
Becoz there must be some stuff regarding flash themes.. Otherwise ask me, i'll be happy to help u.

If u know all the process how to upload the flash themes, then just download flash themes+menu from
www.4shared.com
just write 'k850 flash themes' there in Search bar & enjoy after downloading ur desired stuff.
