Is it possible to get free wap settings for nokia xpress music in malawi because just yesterday or day before yesterday all wap blow up in malawi we had wap free for 1 month every time we bought a card but now it wont work if possible can i get free internet and then connect it to my pc through pc suite but have it free?

please help
