Need help, cant sync subfolders with activesync

Hi there!
I use the ActiveSync from SonyEricsson to send&get my mail (exchange). But i can not see the subfolders, only the inbox!!!!

Does someone have an alternative (preferably free) program?? A sort of WindowsMobile like solution?
