Can't establish working internet connection on Pc via phone

Hello,
Briefly: Os:WinXP, phone:se-C702 connected via USB cable. Sw:pc suite
Now the descr.:
Have by pc suite created two dialUP connections according to my phone network provider parameters. Both can dial, authenticate and register to network, usual network icon settles at tray. Up to here everything ok, but if I want any internet application to access internet, no way. I see the dialUP connection lights for Tx but no Rx back. It reminds me old problems with bad or missing DNS server, but this is OK (simple ping to google's ip gives error).
More about phone: The internet in phone fully functional, internet profile set up fine. In Settings -> Connection -> USB -> USB network -> USB network type -> Phone as modem.
More about PC: after connecting phone in Phone Mode, new netwk. adaptor Sony Ericsson USB Ethernet Emulator is created, have tried set up tcp/ip same as for dial-up but behaves same no Rx. I wanted ask what this connection is for and can be used to connect to internet?

If this behaviour is known I will be very happy to get clue...
