Access Phone Browser in PC

Is there any way to access my sony ericsson k310i browser through my PC. I mean is there any way to operate the phone browser of my SE k310i with my PC.

Also, How can i access my WebFolder of my mobile throuh PC in Phone Mode
[note i can now access webfolder of my phone in File Transfer Mode by connecting USB cable. but i want to access by Phone mode]
