PC suite and Outlook Sync problems

Hi there,

I use SE PC suite 4 to synchronise my w910i with outlook (contacts and calender items). I have previously had no problems using a USB connection to do this with 500+ items.

However I recently upgraded the software 9on the phone to try and remove a crashing bug, and since then I have been unable to complete a successful sync.

What happens is that the phone is recognised, appear in PC suite as expected, but then during sync hangs on the "Reading phone" dialogue and then eventually comes up with the error message below:



Any help would be much appreciated!!

I'd recommend you to use MyPhoneExplorer for backup and synchronisation of your phone.
