you need to use a2uploader mate to get access to these files

install the usb drivers that cam with it
turn off your phone
start a2uploader
press Filesystem Tool
press the c button on the phone while connecting the cable
keep c pressed until you see a2loader detect your phone and then in right hand window you will see the folders
