Just click browse on the site then it opens your file system or manager then select the file to upload then click upload.

Are you trying to upload files on the web? You can use Opera Mini 4.2 in uploading files. It will search on to your phone's file system. I was able to upload pictures on Friendster using Opera Mini 4.2.
