Any experience with LogosUnlimited?

Hey all, I tried to unlock my AT&T T68i using the service cable and logger program from LogosUnlimited and it didn't work. After a lot of tech support emails from them, we decided that my data cable must be a dud. I'm waiting for a replacement, and I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this. I'd hate to think that AT&T does something radically different to their T68i's that makes them impossible to unlock.
