iPhone arm holder/case

My plan is to start going jogging soon and having the iPhone seems perfect listening to music etc.

I just wondered whether anyone can suggest a decent arm band holder/case to fit it? I have found a few on E-bay going for about £4 and I know its not alot so I could easily just buy it and if its no good chuck it in a drawer but if anyone has any other links/places to get one from that would be cool.
