Problem with W800i and PC Suite.

Hi there

My K850i broke and i was unable to transfer latest contacts off the phone as the phone would not turn on, however I did a Backup a few weeks before it broke via the PC suite in the section "Backup & Restore"

I am using a borrowed W800i phone at present, I thought I would be able to use the backup that I made for the K850i to restore the contacts to the W800i. However I connect the W800i to the usb cable and the computer installs various drivers.

I then open up the PC Suite and try to connect the phone to it, it wont connect so I click the "How to Connect" button and it then looks like its doing something and says it is trying to connect to the phone. I then get windows bring up a box asking what I want to do with my files, i.e play, browse through etc.

I cannot seem to find a option anywhere to connect the phone in USB mode like on the K850i when you connect the cable you get a mass storage option etc.

Someone mentioned taking off PC suite and reinstalling but then I would lose my backup that I made wont I. Another person mentioned just installing the USB drivers again, but surely the drivers are working if I can view my pics and files in the My Computer folder.

The K800i doesnt seem to have this so how can I resolve this problem and get my contacts onto my W800i from the computer?
