Hello. I've recently bought a C902 and installed the Sony Erisson Media Manager which is supposed to allow me to upload my pics/music etc to my computer.
I've followed the instructions in the instructions booklet and everything else and but i think that the Media Manager is unable to read my phone, as the phone panel (which is supposed to display the files which are on your phone) does not show my files, but instead says 'Connect phone to PC and activate the USB connection on the phone', when my phone was already connected. Also, for the 'selected device' portion on the target pane it says "connect phone" instead of what i should see: "my phone".
It appears that this problem has nothing to do with my USB port though as when i connect my phone to the computer, a "Found New Hardware" window appears.
I've done any possible thing that I could think of: restarting my computer after installing the media manager, etc etc. Do anyone who have installed the Sony Ericsson Media Manager have the same problem as me? How did you guys solve it?

It seems that your phone's drivers haven't been installed on your computer.
You should use that Found New Hardware Wizard and the CD that came with your phone to install them.
Note: Windows Vista automatically finds and installs these drivers, so it's unlikely that one would need to use the CD.

You may have to instal you sonyericssn's drivers from the officiel site www.Sonyericsson.Fr
