w890i connecting to a pda via bluetooth problems

hi guys i am new to the forum, great site has i have managed to sort out my W890i for sending and recieving emails via this site.. i have another problem for all the tech guys. i have a dell axim with a compact flash belkin bluetooth card. i have been using this without any problems at all. i was using it with my last phone a w800i by using the gprs on my phone.. i am on a O2 contract so i know that i recieve gprs. i can paired the pda and the phone together with no problems at all, the problem is when i come to connect to my phone via bluetooth from my pda nothing happens. what should happen is my phone should connect to the gprs and then i do want i want like send and email or update my tomtom, things like that.. if i go onto my phone and highlight my pda in my devices it gives me the option to connect to my pda i try this and it comes back with bluetooth failed. i have been messing around with this for days phoning o2 up going into the o2 shop for help but that got no where, i am just hoping that someone has had the same problem and will come and help me out, going back to the email problem that said i have got a problem with the server i wanted to connect with but with this sites help i have got it to work, so i feel it is just a tweak i need. sorry for going on a bit just trying to give has much info i can.. if anyone can send me link what might help me that would also be great..
