I'm on O2 contract O2-35 with the unlimited Web bolt on, and a k750i
I'm getting 9.6 kbps browsing.
Is that right or is it possible to speed things up?

Its about right - 3G and HSDPA is alot faster than the GPRS the k750 uses. The only way to get better speeds it buy a 3G or HSDPA enabled phone.
