lopio- use the opera of P800... re digicam, make sure where the jpg was saved... (not sure though, never tried)

Has anyone bought anything over $100 from P800er.com? How reliable are they? Are they reputable? Did you have to pay customs tax when it arrived here in the Philippines?

@jplacson i bought from their singapore branch mem stick duo pero mga $70 lang pero plus shipping mga $80 lang, less than 24 hours dumating na mem stick ko, btw i use fedex at walang custom duty. i order at about 2 pm next day at 10am nasa ofc na ang package.

The 64MB Duo costs $80... but it's sold here for P5,500. That's almost $30 more!
I'm trying to buy the 128MB Duo for $130. I'm sure this will sell for P10K by the time it gets here. One thing for sure, it WON'T be sold for less than P7K. So I'm hoping I can get a good deal.

@atongs-as of now, no the P800 cannot record video clips yet.
@sad1k981-your Sony cam will save the image in a different folder, you need to use File Manager on your P800 to look for the file, then move it to the Media Files/Images folder of the P800

What can i say I just got my P800 and I'm very much impressed with this fon, still a lot of things to learn and get used to, like i'm missing my mouse button right now! But I'm not throwing my T68i, i'm gonna use it when I get a line from Cingular or watever....

Would it be ok to save time and just backup internal phone memory (not memory stick) and then remove the memory stick duo prior to turning in the P800 for upgrade?
Or do you always have to back up everything (including mem stick data)?

I think Globe finally closed the internet gateway to prepaids until they finalize all new data plans... GPRS even for post-paid has been annoying.
Good news though, I think VICs video player will release an end-user encoder for full-screen, 320x208 video (their video is a lot smoother than Packet Video's)
And with regards to polyphonic composer, I use CakeWalk Sonar. But any other MIDI editor will do just fine.

@ ferr I can still use my opera browser on prepaid w/ your config. Maybe just disconnect your gprs connection before opening a web site. Hope it helps.
