Hi guys, anyone know where I could get a flip for my P910i? Wala sa Semicon and Sony Ericsson service centers. Not sure daw when magkakaroon. The numeric pad kasi "died" and is not working but the qwerty keyboard works naman. I can't get used to it without the flip - almost impossible to text with one hand without the flip!

Sorry, I'm not the one. I just called yesterday to inquire. Sabi nga P4,300 I think plus P500 service charge! I thought, what service charge? To tighten two screws to connect the flip is P500 already?!

Thanks guys, I'll try sa greenhills. I tried to use the phone without the flip and gamit yung virtual flip bubt because of my fat fingers, di talaga puwede one handed texting - maliksi pa kuko ko so no can do. Calling puwede using the jog dial (pag nasa phonebook yung tatawagan). When I try to dial using the virtual flip with my fingers, madalas yung katabing number nareregister.
I was surfing on ebay and found one including the housing for approx. $80 including shipping. Tempted ako bilin but baka mawala naman sa mail. Mura kasi (housing alone mga 5t yata).

hi i'm a newbie here.
i'm trying to search in the forum to find solution to my P800's problem but the discussions r just too many so i would just like to ask any1 of u who cud help me out right away.
my P800 went off after trying to make a call with low battery power. i usually can turn it back on during charging but this time i can't turn it back on even after fully charging it. in short, my P800 is dead.
i brought it to SE in G3 and disappointingly, they told me that it is beyond repair coz it got wet and has signs of corrosion. i couldn't believe it coz it just went off normally at low battery and i just couldn't turn it back on. it has never been wet!
what else can i do? i want to bring it back from the dead...
please help

Search all over Greenhills yesterday and 3,500 ang pinaka mababa for the P910 flip. Ang bagong P910i P22,300. Since sira yung flip ko and super dami na din ng scratches ng phone ko (over a year old), I decided to "upgrade" my phone to another P910i - love the phone so much and couldn't wait for the P990.
Right now I'm "restoring" my old phone to the new one. Hope everything works out okay. As for the old phone, I wonder how much I could get for it? Works just great except for the numeric pad of the flip.

The new phone was restored! Everything including settings and etc. was copied to the new phone. All seems to be working just fine. Great to have a fully functional phone again.

i'm choosing between p910 and w800.
tanong lang. okay pa bang bumili ng p910? hindi ba parang luma na yung model, ala pang fast port, vga yung cam etc.?
i don't have any experience using any P series. hindi ko lam kung ano i-expect sa p910.
i like music and games. marami bang games sa na pede sa p910? pede ba java games?
pda functions. i can always find a use for them. but for now, ala pa.
(silly question) mas may 'dating' ba ang p910 kesa w800
i've been using my T68i w/ hpm10 for almost 4 years now. they have served me well. i think now is the right time to replace them.

second hand units range from 10-15k. i doubt if there are still brand new ones since the shops mostly offer the p910i

thephantom, will probably give my old P910i to my brother - if he can live with it flipless.
emo, the P910i is the best phone for me (until the P990 comes out). I just bought another one the replace my old one which has gone slightly offbeat. But since you mentioned that you like music on your phone and don't have a need of a PDA, then the W800 "walkman" is probably the way to go. The P910i is excellent also in music, games, and much much more - you can customize it the way you want it - it's a smartphone. Once you've tried a smartphone, I don't think anyone could ever go back to an ordinary phone.
Yung "dating" ng P9xx ay formal, hitech, and conversative type. While yung W800 is more of a young, wild, carefree type. But that's only my opinion. Good luck!

my ms duo just f*cked up. somehow the media files have been erased and i could only access the games i had installed here. i had no choice but to do a format on the memory stick. anyone had similar problems? my friend told me that it might be because the p910 uses ms pro duo and i am using only an ms duo. i checked the manual and it says there that you can use both the ms duo and the pro duo on the p910

hi!!! guys SOS naman. yung p910 ko ayaw gumana ng gprs and mms i tried the over the air configuration 2 days ago and i went to globe today para ma configure ng taga globe. sabi nila sa globe kailangan daw ipa update yung fone. di ba network dependent ang gprs and mms? kailangan ko ba talaga ipa upgrade ang firmware ng fone ko?

mahirap kung download from the site. mas madali pa if you go to a service station to have the phone upgraded. still, parang weird ung explanation na kelangan mo i-upgrade ung firmware to have gprs. what is your current version ba?

regarding dun kay thephantom mejo ot pro i believe frequent na yan these days, whether generic or orig, kgt anung type ng memory card format nagbabug down, may 256 mspro jacked up din, even my 1gig na sd card, nagcrash din... strange...
