LANCASHIRE'S famous Holland's Pies is setting up a consumer panel in a quest for pie perfection.
Those selected will be invited to a series of specially arranged pie-tasting sessions, to review every recipe and offer their opinions.

(the old dear works in every now and then in Northamption, and Wifey is lovely lovely and brings me some down)
